"Many people today have an overly flexed position. That is, they are always in some state of flexion. When this particular motion is overly utilized, the motion of extension is often lost. With the loss of any particular motion in the spine the things that commonly occur are: pain, discomfort, sciatica, scoliosis and fibromyalgia, early arthritic changes and the sequel of arthritic changes. Utilizing the Unexerciser I have seen that extension that is lost in these particular people is restored and thus motion is returned and this allows patients to return to work in a pain-free state. "The Unexerciser does wonders in stretching out specific muscles involved in the flex position. One of those muscles I'm refering to is the Psoas which is stretched in the extension position on the Unexerciser. When this muscle is overly tight from being in an overly flexed position, problems occur such as pains throughout the body, in the knees, hips, low back and neck. There is also the possibility that congestion in the psoas muscle is one of the causes of Premenstrual Syndrome and thus Unexerciser may have an effect on this particular problem by relieving tension in the psoas muscle. "I, personally use the Unexerciser every day and by utilizing this device, I find I have more flexibility in
all ranges of motion and I have a greatly diminished amount of pain in my back. After writing reports while
sitting at my desk, I find that a brief treatment on the
Unexerciser restores my ability to return to my desk and sit
and continue my paper work...I find a general improvment in my posture after having utilized
Unexerciser for a period of time."

"I have not missed a day on my Unexerciser, other than when I'm out of town. I use it several times
daily. I've recommended it to many and I mean many patients and friends. It astounds me that people will not
invest in something good for them. I am personally very thankful that I discovered the Unexerciser."

"Most complaints center around sinus congestion after about 10 minutes use in th prone position. I have
given some patients a small pillow to use which helps. I personally enjoy the new found freedom which results
from lying in the prone position. Ill keep you posted."
